NOVELTY - Intercalated graphene-modified conductive polyaniline comprises 70-80 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. N-ethyl p-toluenesulfonamide, 4-5 pts. wt. polyethylene alcohol, 0.6-1 pts. wt. disodium edetate, 25-30 pts. wt. aniline, 0.6-0.7 pts. wt. dibenzoyl peroxide, 2-3 pts. wt. calcium stearate, and 10-15 pts. wt. polymer intercalation solution. USE - Intercalated graphene-modified conductive polyaniline. ADVANTAGE - The intercalated graphene-modified conductive polyaniline which imparts stable electrical conductivity to the finished material, and improves mechanical stability of the finished polyaniline material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing intercalated graphene-modified conductive polyaniline, which involves: (A) taking graphene, adding to sulfuric acid solution with concentration of 96-98%, soaking for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing precipitate water, grinding into fine powder, mixing with calcium stearate at 55-60 degrees C, stirring under heat for 20-30 minutes to obtain organic graphene; (B) taking N-ethyl p-toluenesulfonamide, adding to deionized water having a weight of 10-14 times, stirring uniformly, adding organic graphene, and ultrasonicating for 3-5 minutes to obtain a graphene amide solution; (C) taking dibenzoyl peroxide, adding to isopropyl alcohol in a weight of 3-5 times, and stirring uniformly to obtain an initiator solution; (D) taking polyvinyl alcohol, adding to graphene amide solution, stirring uniformly, adding a polymer intercalation solution, raising temperature to 35-40 degrees C, and stirring for 2-3 hours to obtain an intercalated graphene solution; (E) taking aniline, adding to intercalated graphene solution, stirring uniformly, feeding into the reaction kettle, introducing nitrogen gas, adjusting the temperature of the reaction vessel to 70-75 degrees C, adding initiator solution, and stirring and stirring 4 -5 hours, discharging, intercalating graphene modified polyaniline solution; and (F) taking zinc disodium edetate, adding to intercalated graphene modified polyaniline solution, sonicating for 10-20 minutes, filtering, washing precipitate with water, drying at a vacuum of 80-90 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain intercalated graphene-modified conductive polyaniline.
