▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A superfine microsphere powder material is prepared by mixing solvent A, insoluble component B and soluble component C to obtain solid-liquid mixture, ultrasonically atomizing to solid-liquid mixture with particle size D50 of less than or equal to 400 mu m at 20-120 KHz, and drying fog drop. The solvent A is water and/or non-aqueous organic solvent. The insoluble component B is substance insoluble in solvent A and comprising B1 and B2 two components. The specific surface area of B1 and B2 is 0.1-30 m2/g and 30-2500 m2/g, respectively. The ratio of specific surface area of B2 to specific surface area of B1 is 5-500:1. The soluble component C is substance soluble in solvent A. USE - The method is used for preparing superfine microsphere powder material.
