NOVELTY - A graphene reinforced polymer porous sponge fiber is prepared by (1) sonicating oxidized graphene in an ultrasonic bath at room temperature at 1-50 HZ for 0.5-1 hours, dispersing graphite oxide; (2) dissolving polymer in solvent to give polymer solution; (3) adding dispersed graphite oxide slowly while stirring, stirring for 4-8 hours to give homogeneous mixture of graphite oxide-polymer blend spinning solution; (4) standing to defoam for 8-12 hours, transferring to wet spinning apparatus, and spraying into coagulation bath solution. USE - Preparation of graphene reinforced polymer porous sponge fiber for warmth retention fabric preparation and water treatment. ADVANTAGE - Preparation process is simple, and low-cost, and has high intensity, good antistatic property, high elasticity, small density, and large specific surface area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene reinforced polymer porous sponge fiber is prepared by (1) sonicating oxidized graphene in an ultrasonic bath at room temperature at 1-50 HZ for 0.5-1 hours, dispersing graphite oxide; (2) dissolving polymer in solvent to give polymer solution; (3) adding dispersed graphite oxide slowly while stirring, stirring for 4-8 hours to give homogeneous mixture of graphite oxide-polymer blend spinning solution; (4) standing to defoam for 8-12 hours, transferring to wet spinning apparatus, spraying into coagulation bath solution using spinning spinneret with pore size of 0.07-0.1 mm to obtain coagulation fibers, washing with water to give intermediate wet graphene oxide-polymer blend fibers; (5) adding 1-50% reducing agent with ratio of 1:10-1:50, reducing conditions to 30-95 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, washed with water; (6) and freeze-drying or supercritical drying.
