NOVELTY - Preparing flame retardant heat insulation fabric comprises (1) paving the first mesh fiber on base fabric; coating a first hydrogel prepolymer solution on first mesh fiber and curing to form a first hydrogel layer containing first mesh fibers inside; (2) paving heat insulating fibers on the first hydrogel layer, paving second mesh fibers on the heat insulating fibers; coating second hydrogel prepolymer solution on the second mesh fibers and curing to form a second hydrogel layer containing the second mesh fibers inside; and (3) paving material-A on the second hydrogel layer; the material A includes laminated flame-retardant layer and heat-reflecting layer, the flame-retardant layer is formed by flame retardant material, the heat-reflecting layer is formed by heat reflecting fabric; the non-reflection surface of the heat-reflecting layer is attached to second hydrogel layer to obtain a flame-retardant and heat-insulating fabric. USE - The flame retardant heat insulation fabric is useful for electronic equipment e.g. semiconductor, electronic, precision instrument, integrated circuit, and liquid crystal display, and used for biological pharmacy, optical instrument and food. ADVANTAGE - The flame retardant heat insulation fabric: has good barrier and heat-insulating effects, is light and thin, and prepared protective cloth is light in weight and flexible in wearing experience.
