▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An efficient heat-dissipation graphene-based coating material comprises 1-15 pts. wt. graphene composite powder, 10-30 pts. wt. filler, 30-50 pts. wt. polymeric binder and 35-60 pts. wt. solvent. The graphene composite powder comprises carbon black composition dispersed between thin layers of graphene. USE - Efficient heat-dissipation graphene-based coating material is used for preparing heat-dissipating structures used in various apparatus (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The efficient heat-dissipation graphene-based coating material has excellent heat radiating efficiency, anticorrosive property, waterproof property, and antifouling property. The coating material can be prepared by a simple and economical method on a large scale. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of efficient heat-dissipating graphene-based coating material, which involves uniformly mixing thin layer graphene powder and carbon black in solvent, drying to obtain graphene composite powder, mixing the graphite composite powder with filler by high-speed dispersion to obtain graphite filler, and dispersing the graphite filler and polymeric binder under vacuum; and (2) preparation of heat-dissipating structure, which involves applying the coating material to a substrate surface by spraying, immersing, knife coating, or spin coating.
