NOVELTY - Nucleic acid detection complex comprises nucleic acid, gold nanoparticles and graphene oxide, where the nucleic acid is loaded on nanoparticle modified graphene oxide. USE - The nucleic acid detection complex is useful for diagnosing hospital clinical disease and health conditions. ADVANTAGE - The nucleic acid detection complex has stable chemical properties, and is easy to use, detected in a simple manner with high recognition sensitivity, and suitable for long-term storage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) nucleic acid-detected composition, comprising nucleic acid-detected complex, and 3-(hydroxyethylpiperazine)-2-hydroxypropanesulfonic acid (HEPPSO); and (2) method for detecting nucleic acid involves adding test sample to the buffer solution to obtain solution to be measured, reacting nucleic acid-detected complex solution with HEPPSO solution, and then uniformly mixing with the solution to be measured to detect the UV-visible absorption spectrum, where the nucleic acid sequence in the nucleic acid-detected complex is sequence which specifically binds to nucleic acid sequence in the sample to be tested.
