▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The capacitor has a solid electrolyte pattern provided with first and second surfaces. Pillars (200) are penetrated into the first and second surfaces, where inner sides of the pillars are coated with quantum dots i.e. graphene quantum dots and filled with solid electrolytic solution (100) comprising polystyrene sulfonic acid. The pillars are passed through the first and second surfaces and filled with ultra-capacitor electrolyte comprising polyvinyl alcohol-potassium hydroxide and sulfuric acid. First and second electrodes (300, 400) are respectively formed on the first and second surfaces. USE - Self-thermal charging ultra-capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The ultra-capacitor generates high voltage difference even if there is small temperature difference between a low hot side and a low cold side. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for charging an ultra-capacitor.
