▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene source, manganese source and nitrogen source are mixed uniformly, and added to a sealing reaction kettle in a muffle furnace to carry out hydrothermal reaction. The obtained product is cleaned, and dried under vacuum to obtain nitrogen-doped graphite/manganese dioxide composite material. Manganese source is potassium permanganate, manganese sulfate, manganese nitrate, manganese acetate, and/or manganese oxalate. Nitrogen source is urea, aniline, formamide, diethylene triamine, cyanuric acid and/or ethylene diamine. USE - Manufacture of nitrogen-doped graphite/manganese dioxide composite material used for super capacitor electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides nitrogen-doped graphite/manganese dioxide composite material, by simple method. The super capacitor electrode using nitrogen-doped graphite/manganese dioxide composite material has excellent capacity and durability, and can be manufactured economically by simple method without affecting the environment.
