NOVELTY - Preparing hard PVC composite pipe material, comprises (i) uniformly stirring surface processing agent, solvent with graphene powder in a high speed stirrer, and then ultrasonically dispersing, and drying modified graphene dispersion liquid; (ii) adding 0.1-10 pts. wt. modified graphene powder, PVC resin, heat stabilizing agent, lubricating agent, filler and auxiliary agent, and mixing, extruding, and granulating to obtain scattered modified graphene powder/hard PVC blend; and (iii) adding PVC pipe extruder into the scattered modified graphene powder/hard PVC blends, and extruding, and molding. USE - The method is useful for preparing hard PVC composite pipe material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces product which is completely utilized in industrial devices; requires small amount of modified graphene powder to produce pipe material with improved mechanical strength, and aging property; and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing hard PVC composite pipe material, comprises (i) adding 1x 10-3 pts. wt. surface processing agent, 1-1000 pts. wt. solvent with 1-100 pts. wt. graphene powder, and uniformly stirring in a high speed stirrer to obtain a mixture, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain modified graphene dispersion liquid, and then drying the modified graphene dispersion liquid into spheroidal graphite to obtain modified graphene powder; (ii) adding 0.1-10 pts. wt. modified graphene powder, 100 pts. wt. PVC resin, 1-10 pts. wt. heat stabilizing agent, 0.1-5 pts. wt. lubricating agent, 5-50 pts. wt. filler and 1-20 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, and mixing, extruding, and granulating to obtain scattered modified graphene powder/hard PVC blends; and (iii) adding PVC pipe extruder into the scattered modified graphene powder/hard PVC blends, and extruding, and molding to obtain the product.
