NOVELTY - Composite material comprises 1-10 wt.% 3D carbon fiber graphene aerogel and 90-99 wt.% polymer resin. USE - The material is useful for automobiles, computers and LED heat dissipation. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity, electromagnetic shielding performance and simple preparation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composite material comprising (1) mixing the pitch-based carbon fiber slice or powder with graphene oxide, deionized water and surfactant to form a dispersion, (2) processing the dispersion at -10 to -60 degrees C, freeze-drying, taking out and subjecting to thermal annealing at 1000-3000 degrees C to prepare 3D carbon fiber graphene aerogel and (3) vacuum immersing the prepared aerogel in a polymer solution for 4-48 hours and subjected to molding treatment.
