NOVELTY - The device comprises a box body (1). An end of the outer wall of the box body is fixedly connected with an electric control box (13). The top portion of a target substrate (19) is provided with a mounting plate (8). The two ends of the mounting plate are fixedly connected with a lifting rod. An air pump (7) is fixedly connected with the top outer wall of the box body. An end of the outer wall of the bottom of the mounting plate is provided with a first material absorbing plate (6). USE - Vacuum graphene transferring device. ADVANTAGE - The device can adjust the position by setting the transverse adjusting mechanism of the outer wall of the second suction plate so as to stretch and pave the graphene film. The device avoids the conventional mechanical fixing and blanking, and ensures the safety of the graphene. The inner part of the mounting plate is connected with the outside through the air guide groove opened by the telescopic plate, so that the adsorption force to the graphene thin film can be reduced to make graphene film automatic blanking. The connecting rod set at the bottom of the movable plate can drive the bottom plate of the other end to descend when the moving plate is lowered, when the target substrate and graphene film contact transferred.
