▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing interface polarization enhanced titanium dioxide/ reduced graphene oxide (RGO) wave absorbing material comprises (1) dispersing graphene oxide (GO) in a mixed solution of ethanol and water by ultrasonic treatment to obtain a graphene oxide (GO) suspension, then adding a mixed solution of tetrabutyl titanate and ethanol, and magnetically stirring to obtain a uniform mixed solution, (2) placing the uniformly mixed solution in a polytetrafluoroethylene-lined autoclave to obtain a solid-phase product at a high temperature, (3) washing the solid-phase product with absolute ethanol and water, and then vacuum drying to obtain the titanium dioxide/ graphene oxide nanocomposite material, and (4) placing the titanium dioxide/ graphene oxide nanocomposite material in a tube furnace, and a introducing reducing gas into the tube furnace for heat treatment. USE - The method is useful for preparing interface polarization enhanced titanium dioxide/reduced graphene oxide wave absorbing material. ADVANTAGE - The method forms a nanometer-thick amorphous interface layer on the surface of the titanium dioxide nanoparticle by heat treatment in a hydrogen atmosphere and forms a nanometer heterogeneous interface; and significantly enhances its dielectric loss performance.
