NOVELTY - A graphene/poly (arylene ether nitrile) composite film comprises N-methylpyrrolidone, graphene oxide and poly (arylene ether) nitrile in a mass ratio of 1:0.0005-0.003:0.025-0.05. USE - Graphene/poly (arylene ether nitrile) composite film for use as high-dielectric, energy storage materials, super capacitor and batteries used in electrical and electronic industries. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/ poly (arylene ether nitrile) composite film is thin and light weight, and has excellent interfacial compatibility and excellent performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene/poly (arylene ether nitrile) composite film, which involves (i) dissolving graphene oxide in N-methylpyrrolidone, dispersing to obtain uniformly dispersed graphene oxide solution, (ii) adding poly (arylene ether nitrile) to graphene oxide solution, ultrasonically stirring to obtain a mixed solution of uniformly dispersed graphene oxide/poly (arylene ether nitrile), (iii) pouring the obtained uniformly dispersed graphene oxide/poly (arylene ether nitrile) mixed solution onto a glass plate by a cast film method, and obtaining a cast film, (iv) heating the cast film at specific program temperature, evaporating solvent to obtain a dried cast film, (v) placing the dried cast film in an oven, carrying out thermal reduction reaction at 200-400 degrees C for 3-8 hours to obtain a graphene/poly (arylene ether nitrile) composite film.
