▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing high-performance aluminum-bromide hydrogen storage alloy involves (a) mixing each metal raw material to form a high performance aluminum bronze-type hydrogen-storage alloy, and smelting to obtain an alloy ingot, (b) crushing the alloy ingots to prepare an alloy sheet, and (c) mixing the graphene with the alloy sheet and then high-energy ball milling to obtain a high-quality aluminum bronze-type hydrogen-stored alloy, where the method further comprises (i) mixing graphene and the alloy sheets, and then mixing the mixture to form an alloy layer, (ii) mixing and grinding the alloy layer to obtain alloy sheets and (iii) mixing with graphene and alloy sheets. USE - The method is useful for performing high performance aluminum bronze-type hydrogen storage alloy. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method has simple process flow, low cost, good for mass production, and has good industrial application prospect. The aluminum bronze-type hydrogen storage alloy can be activated at normal temperature, it has faster hydrogen absorption and hydrogen discharge rate, and the heat transfer coefficient is high. Through low speed pre-grinding to crush the alloy sheet and avoid the powder graphene, high speed ball milling to fully mix the two and low speed buffer ball-milling, lifting the graphene effect of the alloy powder.
