▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A method for improving electroconductivity of printed conductive lines involves (A) pre-amplifying and deforming the printed conductive circuit pattern, according to the thermal shrinkage characteristics of the selected film, (B) using conductive ink to print conductive circuit patterns on the film, (C) shrinking the printed film by giving heat according to its heat shrinkage characteristics, and (D) cooling and shaping after shrinkage to obtain conductive lines with desired line width and line spacing. USE - Method for improving conductive performance of printed conductive circuit used in ultra-high frequency UHF-RFID tag antenna. ADVANTAGE - The printed conductive circuit has thin line, large section, narrow space between characteristics, thus greatly improving the conductivity of the printed circuit, and using plastic film base material and heat-shrinkable conductive ink. The printed base material of the circuit is thin film, waterproof, bending resistance, and expands the application scene of the conductive circuits. The method uses dry or solidified liquid conductive inks of conventional viscosity, thus reducing the baking process time of the silver slurry, and hence improving the production efficiency, and reducing the cost of printing process production needed antenna.
