NOVELTY - Environmentally friendly lithium iron phosphate battery comprises an anode sheet, a separator, a cathode sheet, an electrolyte and a shell. The anode sheet includes an anode current collector and an anode slurry, and the anode slurry includes an aqueous lithium iron phosphate, a binder, a plasticizer, a conductive carbon black and a solvent. The cathode sheet includes a cathode current collector and a cathode slurry, and the cathode slurry includes natural graphite, graphene, conductive carbon black and deionized water. The plasticizer is glycerol, ethylene glycol, triethylene glycol acetate, dibutyl phthalate, dibutyl phthalate, butyl stearate, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, or polysaccharide with degree of polymerization DP > 1000. The solvent is absolute ethanol or acetone. The binder is modified polybutyl acrylate. USE - Used as environmentally friendly lithium iron phosphate battery. ADVANTAGE - The battery has discharge capacity at 25℃ of more than 85% and improves the stability of the anode slurry through the synergistic effect of the plasticizer and the solvent, solves the problem of pole piece cracking, improves the flexibility and compaction density of the pole piece, and improves the energy density. The method is economical, environmentally friendly and convenient to operation, and has good product uniformity.
