▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation method of noble metal loaded two-dimensional nanosheet photocatalyst, involves (a) placing the two-dimensional nanomaterial and the first organic solvent in a high-temperature and high-pressure reactor (I), passing in carbon dioxide and increasing the temperature and pressure to a supercritical state, and contacting and reacting for 0.5-6 hours to obtain the exfoliated ultra-thin nanomaterial, where the temperature of the supercritical state of carbon dioxide is 33-88 degrees C, and the pressure is 7.5-26.5MPa, and (b) adding the second organic solvent and the noble metal salt to the reactor (I) of step (a), raising the temperature and pressurizing to the supercritical state of the second organic solvent, reacting the noble metal salt and the ultra-thin nanomaterial for 25-120 minutes, terminating the reaction, and cooling to obtain the photocatalyst. The mass ratio of the noble metal element contained in the noble metal salt to the ultra-thin nanomaterial is 1:(10-100). USE - Preparation method of noble metal loaded two-dimensional nanosheet photocatalyst. ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes the strong diffusion, high expansion and organic carrying characteristics of supercritical carbon dioxide to realize rapid stripping of target materials and obtain ultra-thin nano materials. The outstanding dispersibility and reducibility of supercritical organics are used to obtain highly dispersed noble metal supported catalysts. The method has a wide range of application, simple operation process, recyclable carbon dioxide and organic solvents, lower process cost, and reduced environmental pollution risk.
