NOVELTY - Ultra-thin low-resistance conductive polymer film, having a thickness of 2-5 μm, no penetration holes, mass resistivity of ≤ 0.17 Ω×g/m2, tensile strength of ≥ 100 MPa, room temperature elongation of ≥ 2.5%, high temperature elongation of ≥ 5%, smooth surface roughness (RA) of ≤ 0.4 μm, smooth surface roughness (RZ) of ≤ 1 μm, rough surface roughness (RA) of ≤ 0.7 μm, and rough surface roughness (RZ) of ≤ 1.5 μm. USE - Used as ultra-thin low-resistance conductive polymer film. ADVANTAGE - The film has light and thin copper foil, which reduces the energy density of the battery and simultaneously endows the copper foil with the impact resistance of the polymer. The method reduces the complexity and cost of the copper foil preparation process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparing ultra-thin low-resistance conductive polymer film, comprising blending polymer, conductive substances and auxiliary agent to form a blend, extruding and stretching into a film, and electroplating through a copper sulfate solution to further grow copper on the film.
