DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for immunodetection of antibody conjugates which involves contacting body fluid containing the analyte with a surface modified electrode coated with carboxy-functionalized multilayer graphene matrix, where the analyte binds to the binding agent to form a label-free antibody conjugate.
