NOVELTY - Ultra-wear-resistant self-lubricating carbon nano- polymer material comprises epoxy resin, multi-functional epoxy resin, modified carbon nano tube, modified graphene, composite modifier, modified resin and curing agent. The modified carbon nanotubes and modified graphene are surface modification of carbon nanotubes and graphene, so that the surfaces have hydroxy groups and active functional groups and are highly compatible and bonded to the polymer matrix. The carbon nano-tube used is multi walled and/or single-walled and the graphene used is single-layered and/or multi-layered. USE - Used as ultra-wear-resistant self-lubricating carbon nano-polymer material comprises epoxy resin. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent self-lubricating and anti-wear properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing ultra-wear-resistant self-lubricating carbon nano- polymer material comprising (a) stirring multifunctional resin and the bisphenol A epoxy resin for 10-15 minute, adding toughening agent, dropping antifoaming, stirring for 15 -30 minute, adding modified carbon nano-tube or modified graphene, dispersing at speed of 1000revolutions/minute for 15 minutes, adjusting the rotating speed to more than 2900revolutions/minute, dispersing for 90 minutes, dropping pre-treating agent, adding silicon powder, aluminum oxide powder and talc powder, stirring for 20-30 minutes, uniformly adding leveling agent, continuously stirring, adding nano- silicon, shearing for 10 minutes, adding ultraviolet absorbent and antioxidant, stirring for 30-40 minutes, reacting to 60degrees Celsius to obtain excellent carbon nano-polymer resin A component, (b)adding silicon powder, nano-silicon and pigment to alicyclic amine or cardanol modified amine curing agent, stirring for 10-20 minutes to Component B and (c) mixing components A and B evenly and obtaining complete carbon nano polymer material.
