▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparation of surface-graphene-modified hydroxyapatite scaffold material, involves separately preparing calcium nitrate tetrahydrate solution and diammonium hydrogen phosphate solution, adjusting pH of diammonium hydrogen phosphate solution, mixing the prepared solutions, stir-reacting while maintaining stable pH, leaving still overnight, removing impurities to obtain hydroxyapatite material, preparing graphene oxide solution, adding the obtained hydroxyapatite material, stirring, hydrothermally reacting under sealed conditions, and freeze-drying. USE - Preparation of surface-graphene-modified hydroxyapatite scaffold material for collagen base material (claimed) used in clinical bone defect repair. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of surface-graphene-modified hydroxyapatite scaffold material having excellent physical property, chemical property, and biocompatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of surface-graphene-modified hydroxyapatite scaffold material, involves separately preparing calcium nitrate tetrahydrate solution and diammonium hydrogen phosphate solution, adjusting pH of diammonium hydrogen phosphate solution using aqueous ammonia, mixing the prepared solutions such that calcium/phosphorus ratio is 1.67, stir-reacting while maintaining stable pH using aqueous ammonia, leaving still overnight, removing impurities to obtain hydroxyapatite material, preparing graphene oxide solution, adding the obtained hydroxyapatite material, stirring, transferring the mixed solution to a hydrothermal reactor, hydrothermally reacting under sealed conditions, and freeze-drying.
