▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphyne-graphene-graphyne interlayer material, comprises (1) under the protection of an inert gas, stirring tetra-n-butylammonium fluoride and hexa(trimethylsilylethynyl)benzene in a solvent at 0-4℃ for 10-20 minutes, washing with water, removing water, and filtering to obtain solid phase product, and (2) dispersing the solid phase product in a solvent, and mixing with graphene, copper salt, pyridine mixed, under the protection of inert gas, reacting at 20-30℃ for 20-28 hours, washing and drying to obtain the product. USE - The graphite alkyne-graphene interlayer material is useful as electrode modifying material of biosensor for detecting multivariate miRNAs (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphite alkyne-graphite graphene interlayer material has good conductivity, large interlayer distance, and uniform characteristics, and can be used as electrode modifying material of biosensor for detecting multivariate miRNAs to improve the detection sensitivity.
