NOVELTY - The preparation of graphene/DNA ordered self-assembled structure, involves treating graphene-loaded silicon wafer with polyglutamic acid or polyacrylic acid solution for certain period of time, washing with deionized water and anhydrous ethanol, blow drying with nitrogen, dissolving single-stranded DNA solution of 0.01-0.1 M phosphate-buffered saline buffer in solvent of 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride, washing using deionized water and anhydrous ethanol, blow drying with nitrogen, and forming ordered DNA self-assembly structure on the surface of graphene. USE - Preparation of graphene/DNA ordered self-assembled structure used in biochemical detection and scientific research. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of versatile and functional graphene/DNA ordered self-assembled structure.
