NOVELTY - Solid wood plate comprises core plate and adsorption layer mounted on two side surfaces of core plate, where the adsorption layer comprises environmentally-friendly filler and glycine, and the environmentally-friendly filler is prepared by (a) taking sodium nitrate, graphite powder, potassium permanganate aqueous solution, concentrated sulfuric acid, deionized water, hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution and dilute hydrochloric acid, (b) adding sodium nitrate to 75% concentrated sulfuric acid, adding graphite powder and potassium permanganate, and magnetically stirring, and (c) ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, adding ammonium sulfite to dispersion, adding hydrochloric acid, uniformly mixing, dripping first mixed solution, preparing second mixed solution, uniformly stirring, reacting for 4 hours, and washing with absolute ethanol. USE - The solid wood plate is used for purifying formaldehyde in air. ADVANTAGE - The wood plate loads prepared polyaniline on graphene oxide sheet layer, has excellent specific surface area, improves the stability of prepared adsorption layer, and purifies the formaldehyde in air using glycine in adsorption layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Solid wood plate comprises core plate and adsorption layer mounted on two side surfaces of core plate, where the adsorption layer comprises environmentally-friendly filler and glycine, and the environmentally-friendly filler is prepared by (a) taking 10-15 pts. wt. sodium nitrate, 10-15 pts. wt. graphite powder, 30-50 pts. wt. 10% potassium permanganate aqueous solution, 500-600 pts. wt. concentrated sulfuric acid, 500-600 pts. wt. deionized water, 100-150 pts. wt. 30% hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution, 200-250 pts. wt. 0.1 mol/l dilute hydrochloric acid, (b) adding sodium nitrate to 75% concentrated sulfuric acid, magnetically stirring at a rotating speed of 100-200 rpm until completely dissolving sodium nitrate, adding graphite powder, magnetically stirring for 10 minutes, controlling the temperature of system at 5-10 degrees C in stirring process, adding potassium permanganate, magnetically stirring for 2 hours to obtain mixed solution, and increasing the temperature to 30-35 degrees C, adding deionized water to mixed solution after magnetically stirring for 30 minutes, monitoring the temperature of reaction product to 80-90 degrees C, adding deionized water, uniformly mixing, adding aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution with concentration of 30 %mass, uniformly stirring at a constant speed and reacting for 2 hours, adding 0.1 mol/l dilute hydrochloric acid at a constant speed, magnetically stirring for 30 minutes, filtering and drying to obtain graphene oxide, and (c) ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water for 1 hour, controlling the ultrasonic power to 60-80 W, preparing dispersion, adding ammonium sulfite to dispersion, uniformly stirring at a constant speed until completely dissolving, adding hydrochloric acid with concentration of 1 mol/l, uniformly mixing, dripping first mixed solution, controlling dripping times for 10-15 minutes, preparing second mixed solution, uniformly stirring the second mixed solution at a constant speed of 150-200 rpm, reacting for 4 hours, and washing with absolute ethanol for three times to obtain environmentally-friendly filler. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the solid wood plate, involving uniformly mixing environmentally-friendly filler and glycine in a weight ratio of 5:1 to obtain mixture, uniformly adhering mixture to two side surfaces of core plate to form adsorption layer, and preparing solid wood plate.
