▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Negative electrode active material (102) comprises particles (103), a solid electrolyte (104), and a graphene compound, where the particles comprise silicon, and the solid electrolyte comprises lithium, titanium, phosphorus, and oxygen. USE - The negative electrode active material is used in a secondary battery, which is useful in an electronic device (all claimed). The negative electrode active material is used in semiconductor device, a display device, a liquid crystal display device, a light-emitting device, a power storage device, an imaging device, a memory device, a processor, an electronic device, and lithium ion secondary battery. ADVANTAGE - The negative electrode active material is not easily damaged even when charge and discharge cycles are repeated, suppresses the decrease in capacity in a charge/discharge cycle, has excellent charge/discharge characteristics, high safety, and good reliability. The negative electrode active material provides electronic device with longer lifetime and a lighter weight, where the secondary battery reduces size and weight by itself.
