NOVELTY - An alloy material comprises 360-480 pts. wt. polyphenylene oxide, 240-320 pts. wt. polyamide, 200-400 pts. wt. continuous glass fibers, 5-15 pts. wt. graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 50-80 pts. wt. toughener, 80-120 pts. wt. flame retardant, 6-10 pts. wt. antioxidant, 3-5 pts. wt. composite light stabilizer, 4-8 pts. wt. lubricant and 5-15 pts. wt. metal oxide. USE - Alloy material. ADVANTAGE - The alloy material has excellent rigidity, impact toughness, weather resistance and flame retardance, and can be injection molded with high productivity. The chips generated during crushing of the alloy material has excellent recyclability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of alloy material, which involves adding graphene into a high-speed mixer, adding 1 %mass sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and 0.5 %mass KH-560 (RTM: gamma -glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane), performing high-speed mixing at 50-60 degrees C for 4-6 minutes, adding pre-dried polyphenylene oxide, polyamide, compatibilizer, toughener, flame retardant, antioxidant, composite light stabilizer, lubricant and metal oxide to the pretreated graphene in order, mixing at 40-60 degrees C for 3-5 minutes, adding the mixture into the extruder hopper for later use, keeping the drying temperature of the extruder hopper to 80-90 degrees C, continuously impregnating fiber-reinforced thermoplastic, melting the above materials and injecting into the impregnation equipment through a twin-screw extruder, adding continuous glass fiber into the dipping mold through the inlet channel of the dipping mold, uniformly spreading the glass fiber by the tension roller, dispersing in the molten resin, passing the glass fiber through the 3.0-4.0 mm shaping die, cooling and cutting. The twin-screw extruder has diameter of 65 mm and the length-to-diameter ratio of 40:1. The melting temperature of stage (A), (B), (C), (D), (E) is 140-160 degrees C, 230-240 degrees C, 250-260 degrees C, 260-270 degrees C and 270-280 degrees C respectively, and melt temperature is 250-270 degrees C, head temperature is 265-275 degrees C and the impregnation equipment temperature is 260-280 degrees C. The preheated drying condition of the polyphenylene oxide is carried out at 100-110 degrees C for 3-4 hours. The preheated drying condition of polycaprolactam is carried out at 80-100 degrees C for 4-6 hours. The preheated drying condition of poly(hexamethylene adipamide) is carried out at 100-120 degrees C for 4-6 hours.
