▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-modified silk fiber involves adding oxidized graphene into deionized water to obtain mixture. The obtained mixture is sonicated to obtain graphene suspension. Silk fibroin is degummed, dissolved and dialyzed to obtain pure silk fibroin solution. The pure silk fibroin solution is placed in container, and dried at room temperature to form regenerated silk fibroin film. The regenerated silk fibroin film is dissolved in solvent to obtain silk spinning liquid. The obtained graphene suspension and low molecular weight chitosan are added. USE - Method for preparing graphene-modified silk fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-modified silk fiber, which has high strength, electrical conductivity, thermal stability and other properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-modified silk fiber involves adding oxidized graphene into deionized water to obtain mixture. The obtained graphene suspension and low molecular weight chitosan are added into obtained silk spinning solution under mixing to obtain stable spinning solution. The regenerated silk fiber is subjected to electrostatic spinning. The graphene suspension is deposited on surface of the regenerated silk fiber under high-pressure electrostatic atomization. The obtained silk is heated and cured under inert gas protection to obtain the graphene-modified silk fiber.
