NOVELTY - A graphene sheet comprises an intercalation compound; and 2-300 unit graphene layers. Each unit graphene layer comprises a polycyclic aromatic molecule in which carbon atoms in the polycyclic aromatic molecule are covalently bonded to each other. The intercalation compound is interposed between the unit graphene layers. USE - Graphene sheet for transparent electrode used in solar cell; conductive thin film used in display device; hydrogen storage medium; and electrical device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene sheet has improved electrical and physical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene sheet comprising an intercalation compound, the process comprising: forming a graphene sheet; and intercalating an intercalation compound into the graphene sheet using 2-region vapor phase transport, constant temperature vapor phase transport, electrochemical method, and/or liquid phase intercalation.
