NOVELTY - A nanosilicon dioxide-graphene oxide synergy modified microcapsule phase transition energy storage material comprises 100 pts. wt. phase-change core material, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0-10 pts. wt. emulsifier, 60-180 pts. wt. modified nanosilicon dioxide, 0-20 pts. wt. urea, 135-450 pts. wt. melamine, formaldehyde solution, acidity regulator and alkalinity regulator. USE - Nanosilicon dioxide-graphene oxide synergy modified microcapsule phase transition energy storage material. ADVANTAGE - The product improves emulsion stability and heat performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the nanosilicon dioxide-graphene oxide synergy modified microcapsule phase transition energy storage material comprising mixing emulsifier, modified nanosilicon dioxide, graphene oxide and phase-change core, stirring under high-speed shearing emulsification for 0.5-1 hour, gradually adding deionized water, stirring at 70-85 degrees C, emulsifying and cutting at speed of 2000-8000 revolutions/minute (rpm) to obtain phase-change core material emulsion with solid content of 20-50%, regulating pH value using acidity regulator to 4-5, mixing urea, melamine and formaldehyde solution, adding alkalinity regulator to regulate pH value to 8.5-9, stirring at 70-80 degrees C for 1 hour at speed of 500 rpm to obtain sticky transparent wall material prepolymer solution, dropping to phase-change core material emulsion at 65-85 degrees C, fully stirring for 2-4 hours, regulating pH value using acidity regulator to 2-3, continuously stirring for 1-2 hours, filtering phase-change material suspension, washing at 45 degrees C, and oven drying.
