NOVELTY - The computing device (102) comprises a set of components, e.g. processor or memory that includes a conductive sheet, which is provided with first graphene layer to dissipate a portion of heat generated by a component of the set of components, and second graphene layer that is used as an electrical ground by signals communicated between first component and second component of the set of components. The signals communicated between first component and second component includes a data signal or a power signal. First layer of graphene is provided in contact with a heat sink attached to at least one component of the set of components. The heat sink is provided with a vapor chamber. A conductive layer is provided to transmit the signals communicated between first component and second component. Multiple cables are routed through a routing layer. USE - Computing device, such as laptops, tablets and phones. ADVANTAGE - The information may be processed, stored, or communicated quickly and efficiently. Passive cooling ensures that the amount of noise generated may be lower and heated air may not exit the computing device.
