▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene-enabled hybrid particulate is formed of single or multiple graphene sheets and multiple of fine cathode active material particles which is selected from metal fluoride or metal chloride and has size from 1-10 mu m, and graphene sheets and active material particles are mutually bonded or agglomerated into hybrid particulate that contains exterior graphene sheet or multiple exterior graphene sheets, where hybrid particulate has electrical conductivity which is not less than 10-4 s/cm and graphene is present in amount of from 0.01-30 wt.% on total weight of graphene and cathode active material. USE - Graphene-enabled hybrid particulate for lithium battery cathode active material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-enabled hybrid particulate has high cathode active material utilization rate, high specific capacity and low charge/discharge rates, high rate capability, long cycle-life, and improves heat dissipation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing hybrid particulate, which involves dispersing sheets of graphene material and particles of cathode active material in liquid medium to form suspension and drying by using spray-drying, spray-pyrolysis, fluidized-bed drying, ultrasonic spraying, aerosol spraying, freeze drying or liquid atomization to form graphene-enabled hybrid particulate; and (2) a lithium battery cathode, which comprises multiple graphene-enhanced hybrid particulates.
