NOVELTY - Processing composite material spraying method comprises (i) removing the residual substances on the surface of the substrate by grinding with a grinder, making the surface of the substrate rough, and improving the bonding strength between the substrate and the sprayed layer, (ii) using nitrogen or helium as the carrier gas, adding inner layer spraying powder into the spray gun along the axial direction of the spout, spraying the stainless steel surface to form an inner coating, and (iii) spraying on the surface of the substrate with spraying equipment, sending the outer coating material in the reaction vessel to the spray gun, during the conveying process, insulating at 200-400°C, and the working pressure is 1.6 Mpa, delivering the compressed air at a temperature of 55°C to the spray gun, and where the temperature remains at 55°C while spraying. USE - The method is useful for processing composite material spraying. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the bonding strength between the base body and the spraying layer, thermal stability of the composite material, viscosity, density, and fluidity; has atomizing spraying performance, and light-preserving rate, weather aging resistance in severe atmosphere environment, low-temperature flexibility, elongation, and low temperature resistance circulation.
