▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for producing a wire harness, comprises (S10) (a) preparing a substrate, (S20) (b) spraying conductive coating onto the substrate to form a conductive loop, and (S30) (c) forming an insulating protective layer around and on the surface of the conductive loop. USE - The method is used for production of wire harness (claimed) used for electrically connecting electric device. ADVANTAGE - The method enables relieving the electric device for electrical connection of the wiring harness, so that the production technique is simple and the processing cost is high. The method allows the substrate to be the component parts of the electric appliance, so as to realize the integrated production of the parts and the harness, and realizing the rapid mounting and dismounting of the harness. The wiring harness is suitable for various mounting conditions, and can be used in the environment with high vibration requirement, and reducing the interference of the vibration factor. The damaged substrate can be directly replaced, and the need to disassemble and change the whole wiring harness can be avoided, when the harness is damaged, thus saving the maintenance time, and reducing the maintenance cost. The harness is provided with a shielding layer, and preventing the electromagnetic interference in a strong position. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a nozzle applied to the wire harness production method, where the discharge port of the nozzle is square; and (2) a wire harness produced by the wire harness production method, where the wire harness includes: a substrate, at least one conductive loop, and at least one insulating protective layer, each of the conductive loops being located between the substrate and the outermost insulating protective layer, and the conductive loop and the insulating protection layer are alternately distributed. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of a production method of a wire harness.
