NOVELTY - A metal material (1) comprises electroconductive coating (20) which is formed on the surface of metallic substrate (10), electroconductive polymeric layer (21) which is formed in contact with metallic substrate, and graphene layer (22) which is formed on electroconductive polymeric layer. ADVANTAGE - The metal material has improved oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance and maintains high electroconductivity.
