DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing a brake material, which involves mixing steel fiber, asbestos, graphite, graphene, chromium oxide, molybdenum dioxide, copper, barium sulfate and sepiolite fiber and grinding to obtain a mixture, adding adhesives and regulators to the mixture and under high temperature conditions, stirring and forming by extrusion, drying and vulcanizing the formed material; and (2) a braking device, comprises a unit for braking or decelerating a vehicle or other mechanical units, where braking unit includes brake pads, brake pads, brake disks or brake pads.
