▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Weather-resistant halogen-free flame-retardant polycarbonate alloy material comprises 30-90 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 10-70 pts. wt. styrene-acrylonitrile binary or terpolymer, and 1-10 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, which is a halogen free flame retardant. USE - Weather-resistant halogen-free flame-retardant polycarbonate alloy material for outdoor use. Uses include but are not limited to office equipment and automobile parts. ADVANTAGE - The weather-resistant halogen-free flame-retardant polycarbonate alloy material has excellent flame retardant performance and weather resistance, and can improve the thermal deformation temperature and keep the mechanical strength is not reduced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of weather-resistant halogen-free flame-retardant polycarbonate alloy material comprising (a) adding the polycarbonate, styrene acrylonitrile-based binary or terpolymer, modified graphene oxide halogen-free flame retardant processing auxiliary agent into the mixer to stir to obtain the premix; (b) granulating the obtained premix with a double-screw extruder to obtain the weather resistant halogen-free flame-retardant polycarbonate alloy material; preferably, in step (b), controlling the double-screw extruder processing temperature area temperature is 220-260℃, controlling the rotation speed of the screw at 200- 600 revolutions/minute (rpm).
