▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The radio-frequency circuit has a main portion in which an inter-layer space is provided in the range greater than 0.34 nm. A graphene interconnection portion is provided for connecting first electric component with second electric component. Electric signal is transmitted to the electric components through the graphene interconnection portion. USE - Radio-frequency circuit used in semiconductor device. ADVANTAGE - The conductivity and electron mobility of the radio-frequency circuit can be improved by using graphene interconnection portion obtained by chemical synthesis. The productivity and reproducibility of the radio-frequency circuit can be secured. Electron scattering in the radio-frequency circuit can be reduced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for driving radio-frequency circuit.
