NOVELTY - Antibacterial high barrier multi-layer co-extruded biaxially oriented polypropylene light film comprises a surface layer is attached to both sides of a barrier layer. The material of the barrier layer is hyper-branched polyamide/graphene oxide composite. The surface material is obtained by blending and extruding random copolymer polypropylene, styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer and polypropylene block copolymer. The hyper-branched polyamide/graphene oxide composite is obtained by exfoliating graphene oxide from the hyper-branched polyamide. USE - Used as antibacterial high barrier multi-layer co-extruded biaxially oriented polypropylene light film. ADVANTAGE - The film has good interface compatibility between graphene oxide and hyperbranched polyamide/graphene oxide composite. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing antibacterial high barrier multi-layer co-extruded biaxially oriented polypropylene light film comprising adding the surface layer material into a single-screw extruder, melting, extruding at 190-220℃ to obtain surface layer molten material, extruding the surface layer molten material, hyper-branched polyamide/graphene oxide composite and surface layer molten material from a single-screw extruder into a three-layer die, extruding into a thin sheet and biaxially stretching to obtain antibacterial high barrier multi-layer co-extruded biaxially oriented polypropylene light film.
