NOVELTY - A nitrogen-doped graphene carbon composite material comprises nitrogen-doped graphene and nitrogen-doped carbon material coated on nitrogen-doped graphene, and has diameter of 2-20 mu m, thickness of 5-20 nm, conductivity of 100-200 S/cm2 and specific surface area of 200-300 m2/g. The thickness of nitrogen-doped carbon material is 2-10 nm. USE - Nitrogen-doped graphene carbon composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nitrogen-doped graphene carbon composite material has high surface area, reduced agglomeration, excellent dispersibility and electroconductivity, and is prepared with high yield by simple with reduced energy consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene carbon composite material.
