NOVELTY - Phase change thermally conductive film includes 0.5-20 wt.% polymer matrix, 0.1-10 wt.% phase change material, 60-98 wt.% thermal conductive filler, 0.01-3 wt.% coupling agent, 0.1-10 wt.% diluent, 0.1-5 wt.% thickener and 0.1-1.0 wt.% auxiliary agent. USE - Phase change thermally conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The phase change thermally conductive film gradually changes from a solid sheet to a viscous fluid state, fully wets the contact interface, reduces contact thermal resistance, and maximizes heat transfer efficiency, and temperature of electronic components is reduced to a minimum, effectively extending the life of electronic equipment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the low thermal resistance phase change thermally conductive film, which involves: (A) heating and stirring the polymer matrix, tackifier and diluent until the polymer matrix is fully melted to obtain a carrier material; (B) adding phase change materials, reinforcing agents, thermally conductive fillers and auxiliary agents, heating to 80-120 degrees in a vacuum environment and stirring for 0.5-1 hours to obtain mixed and dispersed phase change materials; and (C) obtaining the phase-change thermally conductive film by the calendering process.
