NOVELTY - Strong high heat preservation concrete comprises 5-7 pts. wt. calcined soda, 20-30 pts. wt. quicklime, 7-9 pts. wt. aluminum sulfate, 80-100 pts. wt. expanded perlite powder, 30-50 pts. wt. aluminum silicate fiber, 40-50 pts. wt. low-calcium fly ash, 10-15 pts. wt. straw, 18-23 pts. wt. corn bran, 14-19 pts. wt. sand, 150-180 pts. wt. cement, 160-170 pts. wt. water mud, 530-550 pts. wt. gravel, 20-30 pts. wt. additive and proper amount of water. The additive includes graphene oxide, aluminum silicate fiber, methyl guaiacol, and butyl methacrylate. USE - High strong heat preservation concrete. ADVANTAGE - The concrete has improved toughness, tensile strength, bending strength, impact resistance, and good heat preservation. The use of additive increases the anti-folding strength resistance of concrete, increases the fragrance, and improves the anti-rust property, waterproof anti-seepage property, water reduction property, workability, plasticity and pumping effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Strong high heat preservation concrete comprises 5-7 pts. wt. calcined soda, 20-30 pts. wt. quicklime, 7-9 pts. wt. aluminum sulfate, 80-100 pts. wt. expanded perlite powder, 30-50 pts. wt. aluminum silicate fiber, 40-50 pts. wt. low-calcium fly ash, 10-15 pts. wt. straw, 18-23 pts. wt. corn bran, 14-19 pts. wt. sand, 150-180 pts. wt. cement, 160-170 pts. wt. water mud, 530-550 pts. wt. gravel, 20-30 pts. wt. additive and proper amount of water. The additive comprises 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 6-7 pts. wt. aluminum silicate fiber, 1-1.3 pts. wt. trifluoroacetic acid, 1-2 pts. wt. allyl enanthate, 1-2 pts. wt. dimethylaminoethyl acrylate, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. cocoyl diethanolamide, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. methyl guaiacol, 2-3 pts. wt. butyl methacrylate, 1-2 pts. wt. 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate, 1-2 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 5-7 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 2-3 pts. wt. magnesium borate crystal whisker, 0.4-5 pts. wt. safflower, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. sodium carbonate, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. ammonium sulfate, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. potassium persulfate, and 16-20 pts. wt. water. The concrete is prepared by mixing sodium carbonate, magnesium borate crystal whisker, cocoyl diethanolamide, pebble, graphene oxide, aluminum silicate fiber, trifluoroacetic acid, allyl enanthate, and dimethylaminoethyl acrylate, grinding and dispersing for 10-15 minutes, then adding water, heating to 70-80 degrees C, adding potassium persulfate, stirring and reacting for 20-30 minutes, mixing, heating to 80-90 degrees C, adding other residual components, stirring and reacting for 30-40 minutes to obtain the finished product.
