▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene nano-silver lidocaine sustained-release antibacterial gel includes ultrasonically decomposing monolayer graphene oxide in deionized water, adding with silver nitrate and reducing agent, reacting to obtain silver nano-graphene oxide, adding lidocaine, and mixing; and dissolving Carbomer 940 (RTM: polyvinyl carboxy polymer crosslinked with ethers of pentaerythritol), polyethylene glycol 400 and glycerol in deionized water, dispersing, adding prepared mixture, sodium hydroxide, potassium sorbate and deionized water, and stirring. USE - Method for preparation of graphene nano-silver lidocaine sustained-release antibacterial gel. ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial gel contains lidocaine that is adsorbed on the surface of nano-carrier and slowly released at a significant increase in duration which enhances the transdermal effects of drugs, and has excellent antibacterial activity of silver ions, and no drug resistance which reduces the risk of infection caused by catheterization for a long time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene nano-silver lidocaine sustained-release antibacterial gel comprises ultrasonically decomposing monolayer graphene oxide in deionized water to obtain nano-graphene oxide aqueous solution, adding with silver nitrate and reducing agent, reacting to obtain silver nano-graphene oxide, adding lidocaine, and mixing; and dissolving Carbomer 940 (RTM: polyvinyl carboxy polymer crosslinked with ethers of pentaerythritol), polyethylene glycol 400 and glycerol in deionized water at room temperature, dispersing, adding prepared mixture, sodium hydroxide, potassium sorbate and deionized water, and stirring.
