NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene composite heat-conducting film involves (s1) dissolving graphene oxide powder in deionized water to obtain graphene oxide solution, (s2) adding carbon fibers, mechanically and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed solution of graphene oxide and carbon fibers, (s3) spraying on the mixed solution on polyethylene terephthalate film, placing the film in an oven for drying, and reducing to obtain a graphene composite heat-conducting film (A), (s4) clamping the two sides of the graphene composite heat-conducting film (A) using carbon paper, placing in a graphitization furnace, and sintering in an inert atmosphere to obtain a graphene composite heat-conducting film (B), and (s5) attaching a heat-conducting net to the surface of the graphene composite heat-conducting film (B), covering the heat-conducting net with carbon cloth, placing the heat-conducting net in a graphitization furnace, sintering in an inert atmosphere, and physically shaping. USE - Preparation of graphene composite heat-conducting film. ADVANTAGE - By increasing the addition of heat-conducting net, carbon paper, carbon cloth, the density of the film is increased, and the overall toughness and strength, thermal conductivity, and overall stability of the film are improved.
