▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The interdigitated chain electrode (ICE) has an ICE main body whose an edge is formed as a round-shaped structure. Restored graphene oxide is deposited on ICE main body. A chain topology structure is formed with a wrinkled sheet. USE - Reduced graphene oxide-ICE for a reduced graphene oxide-ICE based insulin sensor (claimed) utilized for measuring insulin density during diagnosis and treatment of an adult diabetics patient and an insulinoma patient. ADVANTAGE - The ICE is formed as a form of a detection electrode with round chain topology of the shape so as to reduce edge concentration influence of the electric field in interdigitated electrode (IDE) of the typical square - shape, improve analyte-binding effect and measurement sensitivity in the ICE, perform electrode reforming and direct capacity at the electrode surface according to the adsorption of the biomolecule and antigen - antibody binding or ratio faraday measurement by utilizing manufactured rGO-ICE, and replace indirect menstruation of charge transfer ion. The ICE is utilized as biosensor for measuring insulin density so as to utilize a label in the diagnosis at the biomarker and facilitate real time measurement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a reduced graphene oxide-ICE manufacturing method (2) a reduced graphene oxide-ICE based insulin sensor (3) a reduced graphene oxide-ICE based insulin sensor manufacturing method.
