▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing tin selenide/graphene-coated cotton carbon fiber self-supporting material comprises (i) dissolving sodium hydroxide and selenium powder in deionized water, adding citric acid and stannous chloride, stirring uniformly, centrifuging, removing the precipitate, and adding deionized water to obtain tin selenide solution; (ii) immersing non-woven cotton in graphite oxide solution and performing ultrasonic treatment; (iii) freezing and drying to obtain oxidized graphene-coated non-woven cotton fiber; (iv) immersing the oxidized graphene-coated non-woven cotton fiber in tin selenide solution, taking out and drying in a drying box; (v) adding into a furnace, introducing protective gas, and keeping at 400-1000 degrees C for 1-10 hours; and (vi) stopping heating, continuously introducing protective gas, and cooling the furnace to room temperature, and taking out the sample. USE - The method is useful for preparing tin selenide/graphene-coated cotton carbon fiber self-supporting material.
