NOVELTY - The film comprises an insulating dielectric film and at least one layers of graphene films. The at least one layers of graphene films cover the insulating dielectric film. The film further comprises a metal layer. USE - The film is useful for quickly radiating in a thin film capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film: quickly radiates; quickly leads out the heat generated in the capacitor operation process to the outside of capacitor unit; reduces the temperature of core; prolongs the service life; applies the excellent heat-conducting of graphene to the film capacitor; accelerates the heat transfer; and maintains the temperature balance inside the capacitor core.
