NOVELTY - Preparing antibacterial and antistatic corrugated cardboard comprises (i) preparing adhesive by (a) adding purple potato starch into the mixed solution of sodium sulfate and sodium hydroxide, and stirring to obtain purple potato starch milk, adding melamine and polymer formaldehyde and mixing, carrying out reaction at 75-85 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, and adding terephthalaldehyde, and continuously stirring for 5-15 minutes to obtain the adhesive auxiliary agent; (b) mixing the tetrafunctional epoxy resin and the modified graphene at a mass ratio of 5:1, and sending to a magnetic stirrer, adding ethanol additives, and finally adding divinylbenzene, stirring at 60-100 degrees C and 210-250 rotations/minute for 35-45 minutes to obtain the main medium body; and (c) mixing the main medium and the adhesive agent in a mass ratio of 7:1, feeding into the acetone medium, adding hot vegetable oil, and continuously stirring for 10-20 minutes to obtain the adhesive. USE - The method is useful for preparing antibacterial and antistatic corrugated cardboard. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the heat resistance of the epoxy resin, and has high epoxy functional groups and high crosslinking density, ensures the degree of crosslinking is better, the adhesive formed is very stable, improves the bonding strength of lining paper, facial paper and corrugated paper, improves the performance stability of corrugated board, and enhance activity through radiation source. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing antibacterial and antistatic corrugated cardboard comprises (i) preparing adhesive by (a) adding purple potato starch into the mixed solution of sodium sulfate and sodium hydroxide, and stirring at 100-200 rotations/minute for 20-30 minutes to obtain purple potato starch milk, adding melamine and polymer formaldehyde and mixing according to 1:2.5, carrying out reaction at 75-85 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, and adding terephthalaldehyde, and continuously stirring for 5-15 minutes to obtain the adhesive auxiliary agent; (b) mixing the tetrafunctional epoxy resin and the modified graphene at a mass ratio of 5:1, and sending to a magnetic stirrer, adding ethanol additives, and finally adding divinylbenzene, stirring at 60-100 degrees C and 210-250 rotations/minute for 35-45 minutes to obtain the main medium body; and (c) mixing the main medium and the adhesive agent in a mass ratio of 7:1, feeding into the acetone medium, adding hot vegetable oil, and continuously stirring for 10-20 minutes to obtain the adhesive; (ii) passing corrugated core paper through a corrugating roller heated to 200-210 degrees C to corrugate the corrugated core paper to form corrugated paper, and coating the adhesive on both sides of the corrugated paper, and with the inside bonding paper and facial paper to form corrugated cardboard; (iii) placing the corrugated board in the surface agent and allowing to stand for 1-5 minutes at 65-75 degrees C, taking out and drying and placing in the stabilizer and allowing to stand for 1-2 minutes; and (iv) placing in a stabilizer and allowing to stand for 1-2 minutes and taking out, and drying at 75-85 degrees C for 1-3 hours.
