NOVELTY - The apparatus comprises a conveying element transferring a laminate to one-way direction. A carrier film is arranged on a first side of the graphene. The carrier film is peeled off from the graphene by a temperature higher than or equal to the temperature of a liquid in a thermostat. A transfer element transports the laminate toward a heating cabinet. The liquid comprises distilled water or oil. A target substrate is arranged in a second side of the graphene. The apparatus includes a graphene doping part for doping the carrier film with the exfoliated graphene. USE - The apparatus is useful for producing graphene (claimed) that is used in a FET, a biosensor, a nanocomposite or a quantum device. ADVANTAGE - The thermostat has improved heat capacity for removing the carrier film from the laminate using the liquid so as to avoid the precipitation of the residue, so that the carrier film can be removed within the fast time.
