▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The device (100) has a set of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) (140) e.g. multi-walled CNTs, arranged on a graphene layer. A transparent electrode layer is spaced apart from the set of CNTs. A liquid crystal layer is arranged between the graphene layer and the transparent electrode layer. A set of catalyst portions (130) is arranged between the graphene layer and the set of CNTs. The set of catalyst portions is spaced apart from each other. The graphene layer comprises a set of sub graphene portions that is spaced apart from each other in an array corresponding to the set of CNTs. USE - Active optical device i.e. polymer-dispersed liquid crystal (PDLC), for use in a display apparatus (claimed) i.e. two-dimensional and three-dimensional images display apparatus. ADVANTAGE - The refractive index of the device can be partially controlled according to amount of voltage applied among the sub graphene portions and the transparent electrode layer so as to control an optical path that is passed through the device. The device can function as a lens array that has different focal point distances, and the focal distance of an imaginary lens of each lens array is adjusted in proportion to a distance from a subject or a reproduced three-dimensional image, thus preventing image from being blurred during integration image process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a display apparatus (2) a method for forming an active optical device. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a top view of an active optical device. Active optical device (100) Catalyst portions (130) CNTs (140) Substrate (160)
