NOVELTY - Processing high flame-retardant polypropylene (PP) corrugated pipe comprises (i) baking PP resin and polyolefin elastomers (POE) resin, adding PP resin, antioxidant, and 1/2 of total weight of coupling agent into high-speed mixer, uniformly mixing above-mentioned raw materials in high-speed mixer, plasticizing, adding initiator, uniformly mixing mixture to obtain premix, placing POE resin, modified graphene, compatibilizer, lubricant, flame retardant, a total weight of 1 /2 coupling agent, nano calcium carbonate and processing aids into high-speed mixer and stirring for 40-55 minutes, adding premix to stirring for 15-30 minutes, and mixing to obtain mixture; and (ii) adding mixture and flame-retardant masterbatch into internal mixer, melting and blending to obtain composition, adding composition into the extruder, plasticizing and extruding to obtain semi-finished PP corrugated pipe, allowing the semi-finished PP corrugated pipe to enter processing equipment for cutting. USE - The method is useful for processing high flame-retardant polypropylene corrugated pip. ADVANTAGE - The corrugated pipe improves the surface properties of graphene, effectively promote the dispersion of nano zinc oxide whiskers and graphene, prevents their agglomeration, improves the compatibility between systems and improves the mechanical properties and toughness and stiffness of PP bellows, improves the thermal stability of the PP corrugated pipe. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for high flame retardant PP corrugated pipe, comprising 25-40 pts. wt. PP resin, 15-20 pts. wt. POE resin, 10-15 pts. wt. modified graphene, 8-15 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 2-4 pts. wt. lubricant, 4-12 pts. wt. flame retardant, 0.6-2 pts. wt. antioxidant, 2-4 pts. wt. coupling agent, 2-6 pts. wt. nano-calcium carbonate, 1-3 pts. wt. processing auxiliary agent, 4-6 pts. wt. initiator, and 3-5 pts. wt. flame retardant master batch.
